Bob's Seafood

This was my first visit to Maine during a business trip, and since my company is conveniently located near this restaurant, my boss highly recommended their seafood. We chose to have lunch here, arriving slightly past noon on a Friday, and were pleasantly surprised to find a brief wait for a table. To me, this signaled a positive sign. For my meal, I indulged in 6 oysters, shrimp cocktails, bacon-wrapped scallops, and a lobster roll. I must admit that the seafood here surpassed my expectations in terms of taste and quality. I'm thoroughly convinced that this place knows its seafood well, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. What sets this establishment apart is that it's not just a restaurant; it also operates as a seafood market. People can stop by to purchase fresh seafood to enjoy at home. During our meal, I noticed several customers dropping by to buy seafood for later. Additionally, the spacious parking lot adds to the convenience. Our waitress was remarkably attentive and detailed. She took the time to explain any dish modifications and provided alternative options when needed. Her attention to detail was commendable, and it enhanced our dining experience. All in all, I would confidently give this place a 5-star rating. I'll definitely make a return visit whenever I have the opportunity and will wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends.

This a gem of a seafood restaurant!!! Lexie was a perfect server. 1. Starter = Srimp Cocktail was fresh and plentiful 2. Lobster 🦞 is perfectly boiled and very flavorfully fresh. 3. Broccoli 🥦 seamed al dente was a wonderful seasoning. 4. Onion ring basket more than enough for two...(REAL HOMEMADE). 5. House White wine complemented our meal. 6. Dessert 🍨 = Decadent chocolate brownie with vanilla bean ice-cream 😋 (Large enough for two). Yummy 😋 Thank you for an excellent dining experience.

Went with the hubby and some friends to eat and the food was great I had a bacon burger with salad and my hubby had seafood platter. They have many options,but like it says in the name mostly seafood not much for options if you don't like seafood. The service was good. The only thing I had a problem with was that Mayo or the blue cheese made me sick.

The tables were filled and so we sat at the bar and that was the beginning of a lovely dining experience. We ordered drinks and then took a look at the menu that has several selections sure to please most. The bar tender answered our questions and made a couple of suggestions and we decided upon the seafood lasagna with a salad and for an appetizer an order of onion rings. The onion rings came and they were nicely presented, golden brown and very tasty. Our salad and seafood lasagna arrived and as suggested they were indeed large enough to share. The salad was fresh looking and tasted fresh as well. The seafood lasagna was absolutely delicious! Chunks of seafood, in a creamy white sauce topped with cheese. Delightful conversation with the bar tender and pleasant atmosphere rounded out the meal. Whenever we are in Windham we will make a point of stopping in for a bite. There is also a seafood store as well!
